Is it a subscription or a one-time payment?
One-time payment per move, not a subscription. You pay once and have full access for your entire PCS cycle. When you PCS again, you unlock a new move.
Can my spouse use it too?
Yes, that's what the Family plan is for. Invite your spouse to share the move. Both of you can view and check off tasks, access the timeline, and use the full toolkit together.
Does it work for all branches?
Yes. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, and DoD (Department of Defense) civilians are all supported. Branch-specific tasks are personalized to your situation.
Does it work for OCONUS moves?
Yes. OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) moves include specific tasks and entitlement guidance for OHA (Overseas Housing Allowance), TLA (Temporary Lodging Allowance), MIHA (Move-In Housing Allowance), COLA (Cost of Living Allowance), SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement), and UAB (Unaccompanied Air Baggage) shipments, all handled separately from CONUS (Continental United States) moves.
What if I have multiple moves?
Each PCS is a separate move in your account. You can have multiple moves active at once. Each Pro or Family unlock applies to one move.
